Policy Agreement

Dear Valued Student,     

Because my clientele is by appointment only, it is important for me to schedule my time efficiently.  As a matter of courtesy, please communicate with me whenever you need to cancel a dance lesson.  Many times there is another student waiting for an opening for a lesson that I might be able to accommodate.  When a student is a “no show” we all lose.  The following is my cancellation policy.

Manny’s Gotta Dance Denver reserves the right to charge a student for lessons cancelled without twenty four (24) hours prior notice.  Last minute cancellations and missed lessons are charged at the normal session rate.  Exceptions to this policy are, unforeseen inclement weather, illness, or other issues that arise unexpectedly.  Please call my cell phone at 303-521-0063 as soon as you know you are unable to attend your lesson.

Dance lessons are 50 minutes in length.  Rates are $75.00 per lesson.  Blocks of 5 lessons can be purchased for a discounted price of $70.00 per lesson ($350.00).  Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.  Payment is required on or before the first lesson.

Refunds will be given for any lessons unused and will be issued within 30 days of request.  Inactivity with no communication for one (1) month will result in termination of refund policy and no refund will be issued.

Thank you for allowing me to be a significant part of your dancing world.  Helping you learn and watching you grow is very gratifying.  It is my great honor to teach such wonderful students and dear friends.

                                    RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In Consideration of my participation in dance instruction activities with Manny Viarrial of Venterprises, Inc., including but not limited to group class instruction, private instruction, coaching, dances and competitions, I hereby release, waive and agree not to sue or file actions against Manny Viarrial or Venterprises Inc., his agents or representatives for personal injuries and/or personal property damage, which I may sustain during my dance lesson, including dance moves and/or other moves associated with dance instruction.

I understand and acknowledge dancing is a physical activity, with a risk of injury. I fully assume the risk of injury by my participation in dance instruction activities.

I understand and agree this Release of Liability shall be binding on my heirs, personal representatives and assigns.
